11. החלת תקנות לחינוך יתומים לרכישת מקצוע
(א)תקנות לחינוך יתומים לרכישת מקצוע יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, על יתום שאינו זכאי לדמי מחיה לפי פרק ג1 לחוק הביטוח ותקנותיו.
(ב)לענין סעיף זה, ”יתום“ – כמשמעותו בתקנה 1 לתקנות לחינוך יתומים לרכישת מקצוע.
(ג)ועדת שיקום לימודי האמורה בסעיף 2(ג) תשמש כועדה להשכלה על תיכונית לענין סעיף זה, בשינויים המחוייבים.
