12. החלת תקנות להכשרה מקצועית והשכלה גבוהה לאלמנות
(א)תקנות להכשרה מקצועית והשכלה גבוהה לאלמנות, יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, על אלמנה שאינה זכאית להכשרה מקצועית ולדמי מחיה לפי פרק ג1 לחוק הביטוח ותקנותיו.
(ב)ועדת שיקום לימודי האמורה בסעיף 2(ג) תשמש כועדה להכשרה מקצועית ולהשתלמות אלמנות לענין סעיף זה, בשינויים המחוייבים, ובלבד שאם התקופה המיועדת להכשרה מקצועית ולהשתלמות אלמנות היא פחות משנה – יחליט בכך מנהל השיקום.
