16. המצאת הקובלנה
בית הדין ימציא לנקבל העתק של הקובלנה וכל הודעה על חזרה מאישום כאמור בסעיף 19, חתומים ביד הקובל, בתוך זמן סביר ממועד הגשת הקובלנה או ההודעה.
