53. סדרי דין בבקשה להשעיה זמנית
על הדיון בבקשה להשעיה זמנית יחולו הוראות הפרק השני, בשינויים המחויבים לפי העניין, הדיון בבקשה יחל בתוך ארבעה עשר ימים ממועד הגשתה, ויתנהל, ככל האפשר, ברציפות, כדי לסיימו בתוך זמן קצר ככל האפשר.
