ועדת האתיקה הארצית או היועץ המשפטי לממשלה (בפרק זה – המבקש) יגישו בקשה לביטול חברות, לבית הדין המשמעתי המחוזי של המחוז שבו נמצא מענו הרשום בלשכה של החבר.
