Section 2 of כללי לשכת עורכי־הדין (קבלת חברים ללשכה וחידוש החברות), תשכ״ב–1962, רשימת מועמדים והתנגדויות.
2. רשימת מועמדים והתנגדויות
(א)אחת לארבעה חדשים תציג הלשכה בבית המשפט העליון, בכל בית משפט מחוזי ובלשכת כל ועד מחוזי את רשימת המועמדים לחברות בלשכה.
(ב)תוך שלושים יום מיום הצגת הרשימה רשאי כל אדם להגיש התנגדות לקבלת מועמד.
(ג)עם הצגת הרשימה תציין הלשכה את המקום להגשת ההתנגדויות ואת המועד האמור בסעיף קטן (ב); התנגדות תוגש בכתב תוך פירוט הנימוקים.
