3. הדיון בבקשות
(א)בתום המועד הקבוע בסעיף 2(ב) תדון הלשכה בבקשות המועמדים לחברות ובהתנגדויות, אם היו, ותחליט בהן.
(ב)ראתה הלשכה, כי יש לכאורה נימוק לפי סעיף 44 לחוק, שלא לקבל מועמד כחבר הלשכה על אף כשירותו, תודיע לו על כך בכתב ותקבע לו מועד לטעון טענותיו לפניה בטרם תחליט בדבר קבלתו.
