3. הצעה לדיון
(א)בתום 21 יום מיום הפצת ההצעה כאמור, ידון הוועד המרכזי בהערות שנתקבלו.
(ב)הוועד המרכזי יגיש ליושב ראש המועצה את ההצעה המתוקנת או יודיע כי אין לוועד המרכזי תיקונים להצעת הכללים.
(ג)יושב ראש המועצה ישלח את הצעת הכללים אל חברי המועצה לפחות 14 יום לפני הדיון בהצעה במועצה.
