127. פטור לשימוש בפחמימנים
המנהל רשאי להורות, בהחלטה מנומקת בכתב, כי הוראות תקנות 49 עד 63 לא יחולו על שימוש בפחמימנים המופקים באתר שבו מתבצע מחקר, ניצול או עיבוד ימי של משאבים מינרליים מקרקעית הים, והמשמשים לאחר מכן באותו אתר כדלק.
