38. אישור לעשיית שימוש במיתקן תרמי תחליפי
לבקשת בעל כלי השיט או קברניטו, רשאי המנהל להתיר שימוש במיתקן תרמי לטיפול בפסולת בכלי שיט, כתחליף למיתקן שריפה, ובלבד שהמיתקן עומד בדרישות פרק זה.
