54. אישור אספקת דלק (BDN)
(א)ספק דלק המספק לכלי שיט דלק למטרות שריפה, ירשום את פרטי הדלק שסיפק כאמור באישור אספקת דלק (BDN); אישור כאמור יכלול את הפרטים המנויים בתוספת השישית, לפחות; הרשות תפרסם טופס אישור לדוגמה באתר האינטרנט.
(ב)ספק דלק המספק לכלי שיט דלק גזי לצורך שריפה יתעד ברשומותיו את תכולת הגופרית בדלק שסיפק לכלי השיט.
