73. הספק מנועי ההנעה
בעל אנייה או קברניטה יוודא כי ההספק של מנועי ההנעה של אנייה שפרק זה חל עליה לא יפחת מהספק ההנעה הנדרש לקיום יכולת התמרון של האנייה בתנאים קשים, כמפורט בהנחיית אימ״ו לעניין קביעת הספק מינימלי [MEPC.232(65)] (MEPC.232(65) – Interim Guidelines for determining minimum propulsion power to maintain the maneuverability of ships in adverse conditions.).
