76. איסוף נתוני תצרוכת דלק
במהלך כל שנה קלנדרית יאסוף קברניט של אנייה שהיא כלי שיט ישראלי ושתפוסתה ברוטו 5,000 טונות ומעלה (בפרק זה – האנייה), את נתוני תצרוכת הדלק של האנייה, כמפורט בתוספת התשיעית, וירכז את הנתונים האמורים בתום אותה שנה (בפרק זה – שנת הדיווח); איסוף הנתונים יתבצע לפי הנוהל.
