1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”ועדת המשמעת“ – הוועדה שמונתה לפי סעיף 14ב לחוק;
”נקבל“ – מתווך במקרקעין שהוגשה נגדו קובלנה לפי סעיף 14יא(ה) לחוק;
”תובע“ – תובע כאמור בסעיף 14יא(א) לחוק.
