15. סוג
בקשה צריכה לציין באיזה סוג יירשם סימן האמצאה, וכשרוצים לרשום אותו סימן ביותר מסוג אחד יש להגיש בקשה לכל סוג וסוג: במקרה זה יותן מספר מיוחד לכל בקשה, והבקשה תחשב כבקשה מיוחדת ונבדלת, חוץ מבקשה שהוגשה עפ״י הוראות סעיף 31 של הפקודה.
