16. בקשה לסימן אמצאה
כל בקשה צריכה לציין את דבר התוצרת או דברי התוצרת שסימן האמצאה יחול עליהם, וכשהרושם ידרוש צריך המבקש לציין גם לאיזו מטרה ישמש דבר התוצרת שסימן האמצאה מיוחד לו והחומר או החומר העיקרי שהוא עשוי הימנו.
