17. הודעה על החידוש שבדבר
המבקש רשאי לרשום בבקשה ולצד כל ציור וציור הערה קצרה על החידוש שהוא תובע לסימן האמצאה, ואם נדרש בכך ע״י הרושם מחובתו לעשות זאת.
