40. רישום בפנקס
משנתבררה זכותו של המבקש לרושם, יצוה הרושם לרשמו כבעלים או כבעל משכנתא או בעל רשיון או כאדם הזכאי בדרך אחרת בטובת הנאה בסימן האמצאה וירשום בפנקס את הפרטים שיראה צורך בהם, בענין המסמך, אם היה מסמך, שמכוחו נרכשה הזכות.
