תיקון: תשע״ד־2
נרשם שמו של אדם בפנקס כבעל משכנתא או כבעל רשיון, הרשות בידו לבקש כי תרשם בפנקס הערה האומרת כי חדל לטעון על עצמו שהוא בעל משכנתא או בעל רשיון, הכל לפי הענין.
