47. ביטול ע״י הנאמן בפשיטת רגל וכו׳
כמו כן יוכל הביטול להעשות ע״י הנאמן מטעם הבעל הרשום בפשיטת רגל, וכשהבעל הרשום הוא חברה בפירוק, ע״י המפרק, וכן בכל מקרה אחר שבו מוגשת בקשה ע״י אדם שהרושם יוכל להחליט עליו כי הוא זכאי לפעול בשמו של הבעל הרשום.
