5. מערכות של דברי תוצרת
(1)”מערכת“ פירושה מספר של דברי תוצרת מאותו אופי כללי שנוהגין למכרם יחד או היעודים לשמש ביחד, כשכלם נושאים אותו סימן האמצאה, בין בשנויים ובין בלא שינויים שאין בהם כדי לשנות את מהותם או כדי לפגוע פגיעה של ממש בזהותן.
(2)כשיש כל ספק שהוא אם אי אלו דברי תוצרת מסויימים מהוים מערכה או אינם מהוים מערכה, תוחלט השאלה ע״י הרושם.
