65. הוצאות בקשה שאין חולקין עליה
כשאין הבעל חולק על בקשה לביטול רישומו של סימן אמצאה, הרי כשיבוא הרושם להחליט אם לפסוק לו למבקש הוצאות משפט, עליו לעיין באם אפשר היה להמנע מן הפעולה המשפטית אילו נתן המבקש הודעה מספקת לבעל הרשום לפני שנרשמה הבקשה.
