1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”חובת הדיווח“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 368ד לחוק העונשין;
”חוק העונשין“ – חוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977;
”הממונה על התלונות“ – הממונה על התלונות כמשמעותו בסעיף 56 לחוק;
”תקנות נגישות לשירות“ – סימן ב׳ לפרק ה׳ לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג–2013.
