39. הרשעה בעבירות אחרות
ועדת המשמעת רשאית להרשיע נאשם בשל כל אחת מן העבירות שנתגלו מן העובדות שהוכחו בפניה, אך לא תטיל עליו בהחלטתה אלא עונש אחד בשל אותו מעשה.
