40. ראיות לענין העונש ולחיובים אחרים
(א)הרשיעה ועדת המשמעת את הנאשם, רשאים הקובל, ואחריו הנאשם, לטעון את טענותיהם לענין מידת העונש; ועדת המשמעת רשאית להרשות להם להביא ראיות לענין זה.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”עונש“ – לרבות חיובים אחרים שרשאי בית הדין להטיל לפי סעיף 25 לחוק.
