החלטה של ועדת המשמעת המטילה עונש, והחלטה בדבר התליית רשיון ואם הוגש ערעור – פסק הדין הסופי שבענין, תמציא ועדת המשמעת לועדת הרישוי לפי סעיף 2 לחוק.
