48. דרכי ביצוע העונש
(א)הוטלו על נאשם התראה או נזיפה – תתרה בו ועדת הרישוי או תנזוף בו, בכתב בהתאם להחלטה.
(ב)הותלה רשיונו של נאשם או נשלל רשיונו או נפסל הנאשם מקבלת רשיון חדש – תערוך ועדת הרישוי אותם רישומים שיהא צורך בהם כדי לתת תוקף להחלטה.
