עם כניסת כלי שיט לנמל, בעל כלי שיט ימסור לספק העתק נכון מתעודת הרישום של כלי השיט ובעל מכלית נפט הפוקדת את נמל אילת יציג גם העתק נכון מתעודת התפוסה של המכלית; התעודות המקוריות יוצגו לפי דרישת הספק.
