24. החיוב בתשלום
תשלומים לפי פרק זה יחולו על בעל כלי השיט, ואולם תשלום דמי עיתוק אנייה, כאשר העיתוק מתבצע לבקשת הספק הנותן את שירותי הניטול לכלי השיט, למעט בנסיבות האמורות בתקנה 72 לתקנות הנמלים, יחול על אותו ספק.
