2. מחיר מרבי
עד לביצוע עדכון לפי צו זה, המחיר המרבי של מוצר במכירתו לקמעונאי הוא המחיר המעוגל כנקוב בטור ד׳ בתוספת הראשונה, ובמכירה לצרכן כנקוב בטור ה׳ או בטור ו׳, לפי העניין, בתוספת האמורה; ואם בוצע עדכון לפי צו זה, יהיה המחיר המעודכן שיחושב, לאחר עיגולו, המחיר המרבי.
