בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 50(ד) לפקודת הראיות [נוסח חדש], תשל״א–1971, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. פסיכולוג מומחה
פסיכולוג־מומחה לענין סעיף 50 לפקודה הוא מי שרשאי לעסוק בפסיכולוגיה לפי סעיפים 2(א) או 2(ב) לחוק הפסיכולוגים, תשל״ז–1977, ובסייגים האמורים בהם.
2. ביטול
צו הראיות (פסיכולוג מומחה), תשל״ב–1972 – בטל.
3. השם
לצו זה ייקרא ”צו הראיות (פסיכולוג מומחה), תשל״ח–1978“.
