בתוקף סמכותי לפי תקנה 9(ג) לתקנות הרופאים, תשל״ז–1976, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. הגבלת השימוש בהגדר ”אורתופד“
לא ישתמש רופא בהגדר ”אורתופד“ אלא אם הוא בעל תואר מומחה בכירורגיה אורתופדית, כמשמעותו בתקנות הרופאים (אישור תואר מומחה ובחינות), תשל״ג–1973.
