7. פיטורי נכה מלחמה
תיקון: תשמ״ה
נכה מלחמה שנתקבל לעבודה לפי הוראות תקנה 6(ב), או שרשות מוסמכת מסרה לגביו הודעה על פי תקנה 4(ב1), לא יפוטר מעבודתו אלא על פי היתר בכתב מאת הרשות המוסמכת.
