11. ביטול תעודה בידי מודד
מודד רשאי לבטל תעודת תפוסה של כלי שיט ישראלי בהודעה בכתב לבעלו אם היה לו יסוד להאמין שמיום מתן התעודה חל שינוי בתפוסת כלי השיט.
