12. החזרת תעודה שבוטלה ומדידה מחדש
בוטלה תעודת תפוסה כאמור בתקנה 11 יחזיר בעל כלי השיט מיד את התעודה למודד וכלי השיט יימדד מחדש ותינתן עליו תעודת תפוסה, כפי שיורה המודד.
