21. העברת בעלות לכשיר להירשם
הוגש לרשם שטר העברת בעלות בכלי שיט ישראלי או בחלק ממנו ועל ידי רישום בעלותו של הנעבר לא יחדלו להתקיים תנאי כשירותו של כלי השיט לרישום במירשם הישראלי, ירשום הרשם – בכפוף להוראות כל דין – את הנעבר כבעל כלי שיט או של חלק ממנו במקומו של המעביר.
