20א. העברת בעלות למי שאינו כשיר להירשם
תיקון: תשכ״ח
שטר העברת בעלות בכלי שיט ישראלי או בחלק ממנו למי שאינו כשיר להירשם במרשם הישראלי יהיה אף הוא בטופס שנקבע בתוספת הרביעית ובלבד שלענין תקנה זו יחולו בו שינויים אלה:
(1)מתחת לכותרת ”שטר העברת בעלות“ ייווסף ”למי שאינו כשיר להירשם כבעל כלי שיט במרשם הישראלי“;
(2)הכותרת ”תעודת רישום“ שבסוף הטופס והקטע שמתחתה – לא יחולו.
