17. הגשת מסמכים
מסמכים המתעדים את רצונו של חולה הנוטה למות לפי חוק זה [צ״ל: החוק] יוגשו, ככל שניתן, במקור או בהעתק שעורך דין אישר כי הוא מתאים למקור; מסמך שהוגש שלא כאמור, יינתן לו משקל נמוך בקביעת רצונו של החולה לעניין חוק זה [צ״ל: החוק].
