30. שמירת ההנחיות וייפויי הכוח
(א)ההנחיות וייפויי הכוח יוחזקו במאגר תוך שמירה על פרטיות הרשומים במאגר, לפי נוהלי אבטחת מידע שיקבע האחראי על המאגר והוראות הדין.
(ב)הנחיות, ייפויי כוח ותיעוד פעולות בהם יישמרו במאגר עשר שנים לפחות לאחר פטירת עורך ההנחיה או ייפוי הכוח.
