31. רשות לקבל מידע מן המאגר
רופא אחראי או מי שהסמיך, או רופא אישי (להלן – מבקש), רשאי לבקש מידע מהמאגר על חולה הנוטה למות המצוי בטיפולו באותה עת בלבד, ואם המידע דרוש לו לשם קביעת דרך הטיפול בו.
