21. דין האגרה בתובענות הממשלה
הממשלה וכל שהוסמך לייצגה פטורים מאגרת בית הדין; אך אם נצטווה בעל הדין שכנגד לשלם את הוצאות המשפט, יהיו האגרות שהיה צריך לשלמן, אלמלא הוראות תקנה זו, חלק מהחוב בפסק הדין וכלולים בו, ולאחר גבייתן ישולמו לבית הדין שנתן את פסק הדין.
