22. פטור האפוטרופוס הכללי
(א)נדרש הליך או ענין על ידי האפוטרופוס הכללי, לא יידרש לשלם אגרה בעדם על פי תקנות אלה אם הגיש לבית הדין בשעת הדרישה הצהרה, כי ברכוש אדם המתנהל על ידיו, ושלגביו נדרש ההליך או הענין, אין כספים לתשלום האגרה; אולם חייב הוא בתשלום האגרה האמורה כשהגיעו לידיו הכספים כאמור.
(ב)הוראות תקנה 19 יחולו על תשלום אגרות לפי תקנה זו בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
