Section 5 of תקנות משפחות חיילים שנספו במערכה (תגמולים ושיקום) (הקלות ליתומים להשתלמות במוסדות להשכלה על־תיכונית), תשי״ט–1959, העברת הבקשה לועדה.
5. העברת הבקשה לועדה
(א)מנהל הלשכה ירשום בכל בקשה למימון רכישת השכלה על־תיכונית ליתום פרטים אלה:
(1)חוות דעתו בדבר הבקשה;
(2)הזמן הדרוש להשתלמות המבוקשת;
(3)סכום המימון הכרוך בביצוע הבקשה.
(ב)קיבל מנהל הלשכה את הפרטים הדרושים יעביר את הבקשה יחד עם הפרטים והמסמכים שקיבל לועדה בצירוף המלצתו.
