6. טיפול בבקשה על ידי הועדה
(א)לועדה יהיו כל הסמכויות שיש למנהל הלשכה לפי תקנה 4.
(ב)מנהל הלשכה ייצג את הלשכה בזמן דיון הועדה בבקשה.
(ג)הועדה רשאית לדחות את הבקשה, לאשר את צורת ההשתלמות במוסד להשכלה על־תיכונית כפי שהוצעה על ידי היתום בבקשתו, בתנאים וסייגים שתמצא לנכון וכן רשאית היא להחליט באותו אופן על מוסד להשכלה על־תיכונית אחר שבו אפשר, לדעתה, לקבל את ההשתלמות המבוקשת על ידי היתום.
