1ג. תוספת לתגמול לשכול שהתאלמן ושהגיע לגיל פרישת חובה
תיקון: תשע״ט, תשפ״א־3, תשפ״א־4, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ב־2, תשפ״ב־3
(א)לשכול שהתאלמן ואין לו בן זוג, ושהגיע לגיל פרישת חובה, כמשמעותו בסעיף 4 לחוק גיל פרישה, התשס״ד–2004, תשולם תוספת לתגמול החודשי, למימון צרכים מיוחדים, בסכום של 1,599 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)תוספת לתגמול לפי תקנה זו לא תשולם בעד התקופה שבה משתלמת לשכול התוספת לפי סעיף 10(ח) לחוק.
