1ד. תוספת תגמול לאלמנה מחוסרת הכנסה
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)לאלמנה מחוסרת הכנסה מכל מקור שהוא הזכאית לתגמול לפי סעיף 7 או 8 לחוק, תשולם תוספת לתגמול החודשי למימון צרכים מיוחדים של 1,729.88 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)לעניין תקנת משנה (א), ”מחוסרת הכנסה מכל מקור שהוא“ – כהגדרתה בתקנה 1א(ג), בשינויים המחויבים.
