14. בקשה להפרדת מונופולין
(א)בקשת ממונה לפי סעיף 31 לחוק, תכלול בנוסף לאמור בתקנה 17(ב), את הפרטים הבאים:
(1)מהות המונופולין;
(2)הפגיעה שפוגע המונופולין בציבור;
(3)הטעמים שבגללם יש לנקוט בדרך הפרדת המונופולין ולא להסתפק בהסדרת פעולותיו לפי סעיף 30 לחוק;
(4)דרכים להפרדת המונופולין.
(ב)המשיב בבקשה הוא בעל המונופולין.
