לא יארוז אדם ולא ימכור ולא יוציא למכירה, ולא יציע או יסכים למכור שוקולד, סוכריות או ממתקים כל שהם בקופסאות קרטון או בקופסאות עשוית מכל חומר אחר.
הוראות סעיף זה אינן חלות על יצרן לגבי תוצרתו הנמסרת מבית החרושת לחנות הסיטונאי או הקמעונאי, וגם לא על הסיטונאי לגבי התוצרת הנמסרת על ידו לקמעונאי.
