(א)לא יארוז אדם ולא ימכור ולא יוציא או יחזיק למכירה ולא יציע או יסכים למכור ממתקים או סוכריות כל שהם בשקיק נייר צלופן או בשקיק מכל נייר אחר.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה אינן חלות על סוכריות או ממתקים הנמכרים לפי משקל והנשקלים בתוך שקיק נייר רגיל, בחנות המוכר בנוכחות הקונה בשעת הקניה.
