9. מועד תחילת רישום בקופת חולים
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)הוגשה בקשה לרישום לפי תקנה 2 או 3 או נעשה רישום לפי קביעת שר הבריאות או המנהל לפי תקנות 4 או 10, יהיה הרישום תקף, בכפוף לתקנה 8, מן המועד שבו נעשה המבקש מבוטח, כמשמעותו בחוק.
(ב)מי שהגיש הודעה על מעבר מקופת חולים אחת לקופת חולים אחרת יהיה רשום בקופת החולים הקולטת ממועד הרישום הקרוב, ורישומו בקופת החולים הקודמת יהיה בטל מאותו מועד.
